I was impressed with the level of customer support received when I had an issue with my printer.
It is great to use Canon cartridges on a Canon printer, they really do work better than copies (see Which? reports!). And Crazy Kangaroo sell them probably the least expensive around. I know this sounds like it should deserve 5 stars, but I held back because I found that Crazy Kangaroo supplies take slightly longer to arrive than other companies I've used which take only 1 or 2 days. Four or more days is okay if you have spare ink, but a speedier "normal" service would be better. They also make a big play on sending you a freepost envelope to return used cartridges, unless this helps to keep the price down, I'm not sure what the fuss is about. To conclude, I am impressed with the product and prices, I will keep using Crazy Kangaroo, but I will ensure I order the cartridges well before my old ones run out.
No issues, arrived well packaged with an envelope to send off your used cartridges for re- cycling ( nice touch)

Good service each time I’ve ordered new ink cartridges .
However , it does seem the cartridges run out of ink sooner than normally would for me.

Total failure .printer blocked after three pagesbecause of chemical contained in ink warning shown on installing cartridge .Iwould appreciate replacement
