Have not used the cartridges yet. This was my first purchase from your firm. Ordered the 4 pack on 9th January and it was not received by me until 14th January. It was advertised as a swift delivery!!! Hope will have a quicker delivery if/when I buy with your firm in future.

Generally good. However wrong spec black cartridge - 304XL instead of 305XL - sent time before last.
Very quick delivery. BUT.......Evri ignored my delivery instructions to deliver to my next-door neighbour if I was not at home. And they left the package in full view in my porch instead of putting it into one of several cupboards just next to the porch. Very poor practice !
I am not a heavy user of ink, but when I need replacements I find Crazy Kangaroo to be competative in cost and a reliable service.
I have not used the new ink cartridge yet as I tend to order new cartridges before I actually need them. but previous cartridges have been very good.
Difficult to navigate your web site. But then i am an octogenarian! Is it possible to pay for a next day delivry rathr than rely on the good old British Postal System that tends to be haphazard at best.
Perfect product. Long delivery time due to the end of the year and the heavy workload of the postal services.
