Gillette Sensor Excel razor blades have become increasingly hard to find in UK shops. Boots, supermarkets, and high street retailers have largely stopped stocking them — but the demand hasn't gone anywhere. Sensor Excel has one of the most loyal followings of any razor blade ever made, and for good reason.

Which razors do they fit? Sensor Excel blades fit both Gillette Sensor and Sensor Excel handles, so if you have an original Gillette Sensor razor, these are the blades it takes. They don't fit Mach3, Fusion5 or ProGlide handles, which each take their own cartridges.

Which pack is best value? The 10-packs, and the bundles made up of 10-packs. The 40 and 50-blade bundles cost about half as much per blade as a single 5-pack, and the blades have a long shelf life, so stocking up makes sense if you shave every day.
