Helpful information

The HP 967XL is a genuine HP extra high yield black ink cartridge (MPN 3JA31AE, about 3,000 pages) for the HP OfficeJet 9012 and 9012e and the HP OfficeJet Pro 9020, 9022, 9022e, 9023, 9025, 9025e and 9028. This black-only XL cartridge is designed for busy offices where fewer cartridge changes and a low cost per page matter.

967XL or 963? The 967XL is an extra-high-yield black for the same printers that take HP 963 cartridges, and prints about 3,000 pages. There is no 967 colour: use HP 963 or 963XL colour cartridges alongside it. If your model number ends in "e", it is an HP+ printer, which only works with original HP cartridges.

All HP inks sold by Crazy Kangaroo are 100% genuine — original HP cartridges, never compatible or remanufactured. Every eligible HP order includes a free prepaid recycling envelope, so returning your empty cartridges is straightforward — or use our free freepost label service at any time.

Orders are sent with fast, free UK delivery as standard. Any unopened ink can be returned if it's not the right fit, giving you extra peace of mind when ordering.
